Tomales Presbyterian Church Supporting our Community Baby shower Our sanctuary is available for weddings and memorial services, and our historic cemetery still serves families in the church and local community. The fellowship hall is used twice weekly by the Tomales Exercise Group and is open for family and community events. During the summer, we host two bicycle groups that raise funds for overcoming poverty and for cancer research. The congregation sponsors an annual Easter Egg Hunt for local children, contributes to the school's Halloween Parade, gives school supplies to Tomales Elementary School, and donates money towards scholarships for seniors graduating from Tomales High School. Several of our members are involved in the work of the Tomales Food Pantry and of the Petaluma Food Pantry. Others are active in the Tomales Regional History Center, Tomales Community Services District, Dillon Beach Emergency Readiness Training, Tomales Transit, Tomales Health Fair, and Petaluma Ecumenical Properties (PEP Housing). The entire congregation participates enthusiastically in community events, especially Party-in-the-Park, Tomales Founders Day and the Tomales Farm and Flea Market. Swap Meet Booth Founder's Day
